During her stay at home, she has shown many aspects of her personal life.

In yesterday evening's 'prime-in', she tearfully confessed the decision she made at the age of 12 to change gender.

Life for her has not been so easy as she says that she has faced psychological and physical violence. 

Edona says that she never had in mind to be a man.

"I left home at the age of 12, from 12 to 16 I didn't meet my mother, my mother knew from the beginning that I didn't want to be a boy, my mother thought I would change when I grew up, my brother used to dress in men's clothes, I always wore dresses. When I met my mother at the age of 16, I had taken hormones, from the age of 12 I started taking hormones, hormones change the body and at the age of 16 I had breast augmentation. You know what their mentality was like, they said 'this man is how he will become a woman'. My aunt's husband once beat me very badly, when he saw me after a few years, he said I have entered into sin with this point, you cannot change someone's mind, I have had this mind since I was born, never I had in mind to be a man," she confessed./CNA
