Let this Resolution of the American Congress serve as a reflection and not be silenced as has happened for 34 years by Albanian politics, and by the ambassadors of democratic countries who have joined the silence of Albanian politics. It is a national emergency after this United States resolution for the Albanian state to punish the crimes of communism by law. We cannot become part of Europe with the communist ideology manifested by the majority and politics in general.
