Shkodra Police have reacted to the murder that occurred a few minutes ago in the village of Guci e Re, in the Rrethina administrative unit.
Shkodra Blues have announced that the victim is a 20-year-old PP.

At around 2:50 p.m., in the village of "Guci e Re", citizen PP, about 20 years old, was found without signs of life, suspected of being killed with a firearm.
Police services and groups from the National Security Force, Shkodra Unit, immediately went to the scene.
