The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana will go to the Court with the request to set a security measure for the 14-year-old who killed his peer with a knife, for the charge of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances".

Contrary to the reference made by the police, for the charge of intentional murder, the fact that the victim was a minor and the life of more than 1 person was endangered by the event, the Prosecution qualifies the charge differently, making his position worse.

On Friday, the minor will appear before the Tirana Court for the verification of the security measure "Arrest in prison".

The serious incident took place on Monday, November 18 near the "Fan Noli" school in the capital and was the result of a conflict that started on Friday, November 15 between each other for trivial reasons. As a result of the collision, the author was injured, as well as another 14-year-old, a friend of the victim. 

They were allowed to clarify at the beginning of this week, but the clarification aggravated the physical attack and the use of a knife by the perpetrator, while another teenager was also injured./ CNA
