The Durrës Prosecution Office completes the investigations and submits for trial the criminal file for Hyse, Hygerta and Amarildo Meta, who in collaboration killed their father and buried him in the yard of the apartment.

Hygerta Meta and her brother Hysen have been charged with premeditated murder, while Amarildo Meta has only been charged with the disposal of the corpse.

The prosecution announces that the 19-year-old has been charged with concealing and disposing of the corpse, to murder due to family relations, thus aggravating the procedural positions of citizen Hygerta Meta and sending her to trial with a new charge of murder in collaboration with her brother Hysen Meta for "murder due to family relations".

Hygerta Meta has changed her version several times, sometimes taking responsibility for the murder and sometimes excluding herself from involvement in her father's execution.
