Their 10-year-old son lived with his mother and her boyfriend while staying with his father on weekends. On the day of the incident, the boy was with his father GH, meanwhile during the day he called his mother several times to pick him up.

During the phone calls, the mother told the son that she is not in Fier, this is the moment when the son argued with his mother.

Klement Beqaj responded with serious insults in the eyes of the child and his ex-wife, and after the insults he took out his gun and shot her.

The ex-wife not only did not intervene to calm the conflict, but took her lover and left in the direction of Patos, where the abandoned urn was found.
