The victim with a criminal record/ New details from the murder in Vlora come to light

New details have come to light from the murder in Vlora, where a 30-year-old man died after his car was shot at on the Fier-Vlora highway.

It is learned that the victim, identified by the initials KM, was previously accused of two criminal offenses "Murder with intent in cooperation remaining in the attempt" and "Illegal possession of firearms and military ammunition".

The circumstances of the incident are still unclear, but in March 2023, the victim fatally shot a person in Rrëshen, Mirdita.

As can be seen from the footage below, police found a burned-out vehicle about 300 meters from where the murder occurred.

It is suspected that the burnt vehicle belongs to the suspected perpetrators.

The police are continuing the work to clarify the incident, the perpetrators are still unidentified. /CNA
