The police of Shkodra have arrested the 32-year-old with the initials Sh.Zh., a person of high social risk. 

The 32-year-old is accused by SPAK, within the "Metamorfoza" operation, of participating in a structured criminal group, wanted by the Shkodra Police, since in 2021, the young man, in collaboration with 2 citizens of others, shot with firearms, citizens TP and KM

Likewise, he was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment, by the Court of Lezha, for the criminal offense of "Introducing or keeping prohibited items in the institution of execution of prison sentences".

Police Notification: 

Intensive tracking actions, to locate and bring to justice those wanted for previous criminal events. The coded police operation "Historiku" is finalized.

The "RENEA" Special Department, in cooperation with the Shkodra Police, locate, capture and arrest a citizen with a very high social risk.

The 32-year-old detained, with a very significant criminal record,
•wanted within the "Metamorphosis" operation;
• shot 2 citizens with firearms, in Shkodër, in 2021;
•introduced illegal items into the Shënkoll IEVP.

Thanks to the detailed planning of operational actions, complete conspiracy, coordination of services and intensive work of police intelligence, the services of the Local Police Directorate of Shkodër, supported by those of the Special Department "RENEA", organized and finalized the police operation coded "History ". The operation resulted in the location in the apartment where he was hiding, in the village of Kuç, the capture and neutralization of the wanted citizen Sh. Xh., 32 years old.

The 32-year-old, a citizen with a very high social risk, due to accusations/sentences for a variety of criminal offenses. Specifically, accused by the SPAK, within the "Metamorfoza" operation, of participating in a structured criminal group, wanted by the Shkodra Police, after in 2021, in cooperation with 2 other citizens, he fired a gun fire, citizens of TP and KM, as well as sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment, by the Court of Lezha, for the criminal offense "Introducing or keeping prohibited items in the institution of execution of prison sentences". The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions. / CNA
