Rreth orës 05:55, në lagjen nr.1, Sarandë, në  një hotel dy-katësh i ndërtuar që prej vitit 1996, në pronësi të shtetasve S. Ç., dhe E. Dh., ka shpërthyer një sasi lënde, e dyshuar eksplozive, ku si pasojë ndërtesa është rrëzuar dhe janë shkaktuar dëmtime të fasadave të objekteve në afërsi të objektit të rrëzuar.
