The double crime that rocked the capital yesterday evening could have been prevented.

Dritan and Nora Muskurti were executed in cold blood inside the tourist agency, by Arsen Muskurti, also known as Hamza.

CNA.al reported earlier that Arsen Muskurti had a gun with a permit since 2020.

Although there have been constant conflicts between the two brothers, and according to the data reported by the investigative group but also by the police themselves, the clashes between them have been referred to the blue uniforms, in at least 3 cases.

Ligji e ka të përcaktuar qartë, që në momentin që një person që ka armë me leje, përfshihet në konflikte dhe policia është në dijeni, urgjentisht i merret arma dhe i hiqet leja.

Në rastin konkret, Policia ka pasur 3 raste denoncimesh që është referuar përplasja mes dy vëllezërve, dhe arma nuk i është hequr nga policia e kryeqytetit.

Kush mban përgjegjësi?! Në rast se policia do t’i kishte hequr armën, do ishte shmangur një tragjedi e tillë.

Por siduket nuk kanë mjaftuar as përplasjet publike, as kërcënimet në rrjetet sociale, por as 3 referimet në polici që të merren masa, dhe Arsen Muskurtit t'i hiqej leja dhe arma./CNA.al
