Euronews Albania has provided the video from the moment when Arsen Muskurti entered the business of his brother and sister-in-law, before killing them both.

As he opens the door to the store, he pulls his gun from his waistband and walks inside. In a few seconds, Muskurti commits the double murder and calmly leaves the scene.

There are two main tracks in which the police are investigating the serious incident.

The main track is that of a possible conflict related to the business of the tourist agency, where the incident took place.

Based on the declarations at the National Business Center (NBC), it appears that the brothers Dritan and Arsen Muskurti were co-owners until 2018.

Afterwards, the agency was completely owned by Dritan Muskurti, who became a victim today.

While, on his Facebook profile, the author of the crime Arsen Muskurti, whose profile he had under the name of Hamza Muskurti, accused his brother and sister-in-law of carrying out illegal activities and in violation of religious rules.

Like the author and the victims, they were practitioners of the Islamic religion. According to the information, this agency coordinated and sponsored the travel to Saudi Arabia of believers of the Islamic religion.

The reasons why Arsen Muskurti opposed the activities of his brother and sister-in-law are not known.

After several hours of searching, the author was arrested by the police in the "5 May" area.
