Misuse of duty/ AMP: 6 police officers are dismissed

AMP Notice:

The Police Supervision Agency (Shkodër-Lezhë Region) in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, has executed the personal security measures "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" and "Prohibition of exiting the country " against 6 police officers, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty" committed in collaboration.

 Deputy Commissioner AB, with the duty of Criminal Expert at DVP Shkodër.

Inspector SK, with the duty of Assistant Specialist for Community Policing at the Shkodër Police Station.

 Inspector ZD, with General Patrol duties at the Shkodër Police Station.

Inspector KL, with General Patrol duties at the Shkodër Police Station.

Deputy Commissioner GJ.M., who at the time of the commission of the criminal offense was the Head of the Police Station in Theth, and currently the Deputy Head of Section/Specialist in the Special Section of Tactical Intervention in the "RENEA" Special Unit.

From the in-depth investigations of several months, it is suspected that these police officers did not destroy about 1000 narcotic plants, which were found in the process of drying during an operation carried out in July of this year, despite the fact that they were found by them during the control of the territory in Shale Administrative Unit, Municipality - Shkodër.
