Abused his duty/ AMP arrests police officer

The Police Supervision Agency (Elbasan - Korçë Region) in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, has on its own initiative detained the police officer Inspector KC, with the duty of Controller at the "Qafë Botë" Border Police Station, at the Vlora Local Directorate of Border and Migration, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of office".

His detention was made possible after on 07.09.2025 at around 12:39, he allowed the passage of citizens TH and RH, against whom the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan had ordered detention within the framework of the criminal proceedings of 2023, as suspects of committing the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics".
