The president of the Order of Dentists, the citizen with the initials ND, has been suspended from office for misusing it.

The police announces this Saturday that it has executed the security measure "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service".

The 68-year-old, in his capacity as President of the Order of Dentists, has not implemented the internal regulation for the new elections of the Steering Committee.

At the end of his term as the holder of this post, he dismissed an employee without right.

Police notification:

The police operation coded "Election" is finalized by the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.

As part of this operation, the security measure "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" was executed for the ND citizen, 68 years old, resident in Tirana.

This citizen, abusing his position as President of the Order of Dentists, did not implement the internal regulation for the new elections of the Steering Committee, and with the end of his term as the holder of this post, he dismissed an employee without right.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions./ CNA
