Caused the accident in Kosmaç - Vau i Dejës/ The minor is being prosecuted

Shkodra Police have criminally prosecuted the minor who caused the accident yesterday evening on the Kosmaç - Vau i Dejës axis.

The 17-year-old lost control of the vehicle and as a result crashed into the perimeter wall of a house, injuring himself and his brother.

Police announce that the minor has been transported to the Trauma Hospital for more specialized treatment, while the 23-year-old is in the Shkodra Hospital.

Following the preliminary information provided last night, regarding the accident on the "Kosmaç - Vau i Dejës" road axis, we inform that the specialists of the Road Traffic Sector have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against the 17-year-old minor, after, while driving a vehicle, he is suspected of losing control of his vehicle and going off the road, colliding with the surrounding wall of a house.

 

As a result, the 17-year-old was injured, who was taken to the Tirana Trauma Hospital for more specialized treatment, and his brother, citizen FG, 23 years old, who is in the Shkodra Regional Hospital, out of danger to his life./CNA
