Gunshot wound in Berat

A gunshot wound occurred shortly after midnight in the city of Berat. According to police information, the 37-year-old man with the initials, FT (Xh)., was shot at the entrance to the city, and his life is reportedly out of danger.

The investigation team has begun work to uncover the full circumstances of the incident and identify and apprehend the perpetrator(s).

At around 00:55, citizen FT (Xh), 37 years old, resident of Berat, was taken to the hospital for medical assistance, wounded by gunfire in still unclear circumstances, at the entrance to the city.

The 37-year-old is out of danger.

An investigative group was immediately established and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, intensive investigations continue to clarify the circumstances and secure evidence, with the aim of legally documenting the event, identifying and capturing the perpetrator(s). / CNA
