The services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Station, in cooperation with the investigative structures of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate, in implementation of the plan of measures to prevent the cultivation of narcotic plants, in the wake of consecutive mega-operations, developed in recent months, in throughout the country, with a focus on cracking down on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, as well as thanks to information intelligence, that in the place called "Badra e Mehajve", in Koplik, center, in a crater that has been used for taking inerts, plants could be cultivated narcotics in greenhouses, have organized and developed the anti-cannabis police mega-operation coded "Krateri".

Në vijim të veprimeve hetimore, është arrestuar shtetasi N. D. alias E. V., 52 vjeç, banues në Bajzë, Malësi e Madhe, si organizator i dyshuar i kësaj veprimtarie kriminale.

Po në vijim të veprimeve hetimore, ka nisur procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasit Gj. Gj., 61 vjeç, me detyrë Drejtor i Shërbimit Pyjor në bashkinë Malësi e Madhe; R. Gj., 41 vjeç, me detyrë specialist i Ujësjellësit në bashkinë Malësi e Madhe (i cili mbulon zonën ku janë gjetur fidanët narkotikë) dhe A. H., 36 vjeç, me detyrë hidraulik i Ujësjellësit në bashkinë Malësi e Madhe (i cili mbulon zonën ku janë gjetur fidanët narkotikë).

Gjatë kontrollit në banesën e shtetasit N. D., Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi në cilësinë e provës materiale 3 armë gjahu, një sasi fishekësh për armë gjahu dhe 5 armë të ftohta (thika), të cilat ky shtetas i mbante pa leje.
