The car ends up off the road/ the passenger is injured in Maliq

An accident happened a few minutes ago on the Pogradec-Maliq road axis, where one person was injured. The incident took place near the intersection of the village of Sovjan, where a vehicle left the road and collided with a concrete embankment, thereby injuring the passenger traveling in the vehicle.

According to the police, the driver of the vehicle was speeding beyond the permitted limits and in circumstances that are still unclear about the dynamics of the accident, the vehicle ended up in the canal on the side of the road, continuing to walk for more than 30 meters and then crashing with the concrete serving as a footbridge next to the main road.

The injured person was sent to the Korca hospital with leg fractures without life-threatening problems.
