The Special Court has sentenced Klevis Alla to 25 years in prison, who is accused of murdering the brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia in Durrës. Meanwhile, GJKKO sentenced Besian Xixha to 6 years and Enver Diva to 5 years. 

Alla had received the status of associate of justice, but it was later removed as his testimony contradicted that of Nuredin Duman.

Klevis Alla has broken down the whole scheme in front of the police officers.

He said that on the day of the incident, he met with Nuredin Duman, who was wearing a police hood, as well as with another person. 

After that, Alla called Besmir Haxhina, who was at the agency's store. They met a little later at the Shënvlaš market. According to the penitent, no one was aware that Besmir was with his brother Victor.

As soon as the "Golf 6" car approached, Klevis Alla showed that Nuredin Dumani lowered the car's window and shot, while the other executioner shot with the window closed. After shooting at the two brothers, Klevis Alla said that Nuredini got out of the car and approached the brothers where he shot at them again.

After the crime, the perpetrators moved towards the city cemetery where Nuredini and the other person got off and took the road towards Tirana.

While Alla abandoned the "Benz" type car a few meters below the cemetery where she also threw the firearms./CNA
