Robbery with firearm at a jewelry store in Kamëz

Today, two unidentified people robbed a jeweler in Kamëz.

Police say one of them was in possession of a suspected firearm, which he used to enter the jewelry store and steal a quantity of jewelry.

According to the announcement made by the police, the jewelry is owned by citizen OL.

On 16.05.2026, at around 13:00, in Kamëz, two still unidentified citizens, one of whom is suspected of carrying an object that appears to be a firearm, entered the premises of the jewelry store owned by citizen O. L, and took a quantity of jewelry.

 

Immediately after receiving the notification, the Police services went to the scene, set up checkpoints and are conducting checks of the area.

 

The investigative group is working to capture any evidence that will lead to the identification and capture of the perpetrators and the complete documentation of the case.
