Gunfight in Bushat/ SPAK charges three people

SPAK has indicted three people in connection with the shooting incident in Bushat in August 2024.

Izmir Sakica, Samuel Troshani and Franko Leka have been named as defendants by SPAK.

In August 2024, a gunfight occurred in the village of Rranxë in Bushati, an event that was later investigated by SPAK as part of the activity of a structured criminal group.

According to investigations, the target of the attack was Aleksandër Prendi and his family members.

SPAK identified Samuel Troshan, Izmir Sakica and Franko Leka as involved, who according to the prosecution are suspected of having gone armed to kill Aleksandër Prend and his family members. For some of them, the Special Court ordered the measure of "prison arrest", while other persons were declared wanted.

Investigations also showed that rival criminal groups in the Shkodra area may have been involved in the conflict./ CNA
