SPAK fails/ Requests the suspension of the investigation against seven former judges

SPAK has requested the suspension of investigations against seven former judges, who were "burned" by Vetting.

The Special Prosecutor's Office requested the dismissal of the case for the 7 former judges: 

1. Xhezair Zaganjori, former head of the Supreme Court;

2. Tom Ndreca, former judge at the Supreme Court;

3. Gani Dizdari, former judge at the Constitutional Court;

4. Edmond Islamaj, former judge in the Supreme Court;

5. Guxim Zenelaj, former judge at the Supreme Court;

6. Besnik Imeraj, former judge at the Constitutional Court;

7. Aleksandër Muskaj, former judge in the Supreme Court
