AMP: Jail arrest for 4 people, 2 of them former police officers

The Police Supervision Agency in cooperation with several other institutions have executed the decision of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, which has set the security measure Arrest in prison for four people, two former police officers and two other people who were involved in the cultivation of narcotics.

The security measure has been given to citizens S.XH., 27 years old, former police officer with General Patrol duties at the Lezhë Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of duty"; KN, 28 years old, former police officer with General Patrol duties at the Lezhë Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of duty"; KL, 28 years old, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants"; E.Ç., 30 years old, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

After a 2-year investigation, with special investigation methods, the Police Surveillance Agency (Shkodër - Lezhë Region) in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë and the Local Police Directorate of Lezhë and the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, in function of the proceedings for the criminal offenses of "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Abuse of duty", has executed the decision of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, which has set the security measure "Imprisonment" for 4 people :

- S.XH., 27 years old, former police officer with General Patrol duties at the Lezhë Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty";

- KN, 28 years old, former police officer with General Patrol duties at the Lezhë Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of duty";

- KL, 28 years old, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants";

- E.Ç., 30 years old, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

The operation developed for the execution of security measures made it possible to catch and arrest the former police employee S.XH. and KL citizens

While the former police employee KN and the citizen E.Ç were declared wanted.
