Aksidenti me një viktimë në Shkodër/ Policia arreston 31-vjeçarin

Policia ka arrestuar shtetasin 31-vjeçar më incialet XH.P., pasi ishte autor i një aksidenti në fshatin Darragjat. Ky i fundit përplasi me makinë një 45-vjeçar që ishte duke udhëtuar me motor. Për pasojë nga aksidenti ndërroi jetë një 45-vjeçar më inicialet P.P.

Në vijim të informacionit paraprak të dhënë ditën e sotme, për një aksident në fshatin Darragjat, ju informojmë se: Në përfundim të veprimeve të para procedurale, Specialistët e Sektorit të Policisë Rrugore arrestuan në flagrancë për veprën penale “Shkelja e rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor,” shtetasin Xh. P., 31 vjeç.

Automjeti që drejtohej nga 31 vjeçari është përplasur me motomjetin që drejtohej nga shtetasi P. P., 45 vjeç.

Si pasojë e përplasjes shtetasi P.P., ka humbur jetën në Spitalin Rajonal të Shkodrës.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Shkodër, për veprime të mëtejshme. /CNA
