Plan to assassinate Indri Dokles/ SPAK confiscates apartments, 9 cars, forest

SPAK requests confiscation of seized assets of a member of a structured criminal group

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has submitted to the Special Court of First Instance, on 21.01.2025, the request for the confiscation of assets seized within the framework of property proceedings no. 2 of 2022.

The Special Prosecution Office registered the above proceeding, for the property investigation of citizen Elvin Merlika, suspected of the criminal offense of: "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of citizen Indrit Dokle, committed in the special collaboration of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided for by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/1, 334 of the Criminal Code as well as persons associated with it.

Based on the provisions of Law No. 10192 dated 03.12.2009, “On the Prevention and Suppression of Organized Crime, Trafficking, Corruption and Other Crimes through Preventive Measures against Property”, amended by Law No. 70/2017, the movable and immovable assets of persons under property investigation and persons related to them have been identified and seized.

At the conclusion of the property investigation, it results that the seized assets are unjustified from legal sources and consequently it is presumed that they are the result of the criminal activity of the investigated persons and persons associated with them.

The seized assets for which confiscation is requested are:

100% of the shares of the company "Zeus Garden" sh.pk

49% of the shares of the company "MSG Security" sh.pk

100% of the shares of the company "London Eye" sh.pk

Real estate of the arable type, with an area of ??3250 m2, with address Fushë-Kuqe Kurbin.

Real estate of the apartment type 14/5, 6th floor, with a surface area of ??108 m2, in the Kashari area.

Immovable property of the type land with an area of ??6026 m2, ZK.3051, with address Priskë, Tirana.

Real estate of the apartment type, with an area of ??105 m2, with address Yzberisht.

Real estate of the type arre with number, with an area of ??3250 m2, with address Fushë-Kuqe Kurbin.

Real estate of the apartment type with number, with an area of ??38.85 m2, with address Yzberisht Tirana.

Immovable property of the apartment type, with an area of ??81.24 m2, in possession of the company “………..” sh.pk

Immovable property of the garage type, with an area of ??50.82 m2, owned by the company “………..”.

Real estate of the apartment type, with surface area of ??89 m2, with address Tirana.

Real estate of the apartment type, with surface area of ??35.09 m2, with address Tirana.

Real estate of the basement type, with surface area of ??9 m2, with address Bulevardi “Bajram Curri” Tirana.

Real estate of the apartment type, with an area of ??30.2 m2, with the address “Karl Gega” Street.

Real estate of the garage type, first underground floor in the building of the company “Xh……” sh.pk
