Accident with one victim on the bridge of Polen village

Serious accident at the bridge of Polen village, 1 victim is suspected.

It is learned that a vehicle hit a pedestrian. The police went to the scene.

"Around 7:30 p.m., on the secondary axis "Ravonik-Qatrom", the "Benz" type vehicle, driven by citizen S. Ç., 37 years old, hit the pedestrian, citizen BR, 60 years old, who as a result of the collision passed away.

The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the Korçë Police Station for further procedural actions.

Meanwhile, the investigative team is at the scene, where they are continuing the work to determine the cause of the accident," the police/ CNA statement says.
