The Fier Court has imposed the security measure of imprisonment for the 36-year-old citizen ZM.

According to forensic expertise, the abuse of the minor was committed several times, which reinforces the charges against the suspect.

The 36-year-old was arrested the day before by the Fier police.

"Crime Investigation Specialists of the Fier Police Commissariat arrested citizen ZM, 36 years old, resident of the village of Sheqishte, Patos, in flagrante delicto, after he is suspected of having had sexual intercourse with his 12-year-old daughter.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action.

Meanwhile, sources explain that the family came from Germany 20 months ago after staying there for five years. The perpetrator is originally from the village of Fratar", the police announced./ CNA
