Urdhër-arresti për Putin/ Rusia hap hetim penal ndaj Gjykatës së Hagës

Rusia ka hapur një çështje penale kundër prokurorit dhe gjyqtarëve të Gjykatës Penale Ndërkombëtare (ICC), të cilët lëshuan një urdhër arresti për Vladimir Putin, tha Komiteti i saj Hetues.

Organi, i cili është përgjegjës për hetimin e krimeve të rënda, tha se nuk kishte bazë për përgjegjësi penale nga ana e presidentit rus dhe argumentoi se krerët e shteteve kanë imunitet nga juridiksioni i vendeve të tjera.

Kujtojmë se, ICC javën e kaluar akuzoi Putinin për rrëmbimin e fëmijëve nga Ukraina.

Në një deklaratë, gjykata pretendon se presidenti rus është “përgjegjës për krimin e luftës të dëbimit të paligjshëm të popullsisë (fëmijëve) dhe atë të transferimit të paligjshëm të popullsisë (fëmijëve) nga zonat e okupuara të Ukrainës në Federatën Ruse”.

Kremlini e ka quajtur këtë veprim të egër, por ligjërisht të pavlefshëm, pasi Rusia nuk është nënshkruese e traktatit që krijoi ICC./CNA
