Trump seeks racketeering charges against George Soros and son

US President Donald Trump called today for federal prosecutors to charge billionaire philanthropist George Soros and one of his sons with racketeering.

"George Soros and his wonderful son of the radical left should be charged with RICO for their support of violent protests and much more, all across the United States of America. We will no longer allow these lunatics to destroy America, never giving it even a chance to 'BREATHE' and be FREE. Soros and his gang of psychopaths have caused great damage to our country! This includes his crazy West Coast friends. Be careful, we are watching you!", Trump said on the American social media platform 'Truth Social'.

The president did not specify which son should face prosecution, but Soros in 2023 gave control of his multibillion-dollar Open Society Foundations to Alex Soros.
