Shpërthim në Stamboll, raportohet për viktima

Si pasojë e një shpërthimi në bulevardin e frekuentuar Istikalal të Stambollit, janë vrarë dhe plagosur qytetarë, tha një zyrtar i lartë i Turqisë.

Guvernatori i Stambollit, Ali Yerlikaya, shkroi në Twitter se shpërthimi ndodhi në orën 16:20 dhe se ka viktima dhe të plagosur, por nuk dha detaje të tjera.

Ende nuk dihen shkaqet e shpërthimit të së dielës.

Në videot e postuara online shihen flakë pas një shpërthimi të fuqishëm, teksa qytetarët shihen duke u larguar nga vendi i ngjarjes.

Një video tjetër shfaqi autoambulancat, ekipet e zjarrfikësve dhe policinë në vendin e ngjarjes. Në mediat sociale u tha se dyqanet në këtë zonë janë mbyllur pas shpërthimit.

Transmetuesi CNN Turk tha se 11 persona janë plagosur. Bulevardi ku ndodhi shpërthimi është i frekuentuar nga turistët dhe banorët lokalë dhe aty gjenden dyqane dhe restorante.

Turqia ishte goditur nga një seri bombardimesh vdekjeprurëse ndërmjet viteve 2015 dhe 2017, përgjegjësinë e të cilave e kishin marrë grupi militantë Shteti Islamik dhe militantët kurdë./ Rel
