Former President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has reacted through a video message after uniting with LDK for the early elections to be held on June 7.

Osmani says that she heard the voice of the citizens she has met for several months, who according to her have asked her to return to the LDK. Meanwhile, she further calls for participation in tomorrow's LDK rally to be held at AMC Hall starting at 18:00.

"For months I have walked in every corner of Kosovo. I have been welcomed in your homes, I have heard your troubles, I have seen the disappointment in the eyes of honest people. I have seen one thing that has not yet faded, hope. You spoke to me with one voice, to return to the LDK. I heard you, that is why we are uniting. To start this new journey of unity, I invite you tomorrow, Sunday, at 18:00 at AMC Hall, let us unite our hearts and dreams, let us all unite," said Osmani.

LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku confirmed that Osmani will be the bearer of the electoral list and the proposed candidate for president, while he himself will run for the post of prime minister. According to Abdixhiku, the decision was unanimously approved and the LDK electoral list will also include 19 candidates proposed by Osmani. /CNA
