Croatia "was not informed" about Vucic's visit
The Foreign Minister of Croatia, Gordan Gërli? Radman

Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Gërliq Radman, through a press conference, clarified that the Croatian authorities had understood through unofficial channels that Vu?i? was planning to visit Jasenovac and Pakrac and said that he has submitted a note of protest to Serbia.

"We reminded them that in the case of any visit by foreign officials, the time, place and plan of the visit must be agreed between the two parties in advance. Croatia has not been informed, this is unacceptable for Croatia", he said.

Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin has announced that a special regime will apply to Croatian officials as long as he is interior minister, "or until Croatia starts behaving" as if it is no longer the Independent State of Croatia, which was governed by the Ustashes.

Many Serbian nationalists accuse the Croatian government of not confronting their actions on its territory during World War II. The Croatian government, meanwhile, has accused Belgrade of using this issue for internal political reasons and not to deal with its role during the wars in the Balkans in 1992-95. REL
