Dhjetëra të lënduar nga tërmeti në Turqi

Të paktën 50 persona janë lënduar nga tërmeti prej 5.9 shkallësh që ka goditur të mërkurën Turqinë, raporton AP.

Tërmeti kishte epiqendër qytetin Golkaya, në provincën Duzce, rreth 200 kilometra në lindje të Stambollit.

Kështu tha Agjencia e Menaxhimit të Fatkeqësive dhe Emergjencave në Turqi.

Autoritetet thanë se për shkaqe sigurie është ndërprerë edhe energjia elektrike.

Turqia shtrihet pranë pllakave tektonike dhe goditen rregullisht nga tërmetet.

Tërmeti më vdekjeprurës që ka goditur Turqinë viteve të fundit, ka qenë ai i vitit 1999, i cili ka lënë të vrarë rreth 17.000 njerëz./REL
