"Continuous concern"/ Braçe: We continue to have the highest rate of non-performing loans in the entire region

Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe, in his speech at the Economy Committee, following Governor Sejko's report, focused on some of the main points of the economy.

Braçe said that developments in domestic markets that also have an impact on prices are a constant concern.

The MP further said that Albania continues to have the highest rate of problem loans in the entire region. This, said Braçe, is an ongoing concern.

" Strengthening the domestic currency and anchoring inflation. Domestic inflationary pressures eased at a slower pace than those coming from abroad. There was an improvement in lending conditions."

Developments in domestic markets, which also have an impact on prices, are a continuing concern. The two key rate cuts have been well-received and fast-tracked, compared to previous times.

"We continue to have the highest rate of non-performing loans in the entire region. This is an ongoing concern ," said Brace.
