Diplomat who deserves humility

Since August 2023, David Wisner is the ambassador, or Chargé d'Affaires, of the USA in Tirana. He deserves a bow, he is dignified, a different diplomat, not only for his public behavior, not only for the profile he maintained, but also for the fact that he was the only ambassador who, even when he came until the day he left, never set foot in the City Hall Tirana.

He may have given his hand to Erion Veliaj in some activity, because Wisner never accepted to be the front of the "5D" file. It couldn't be Wisner the man who went to the building where the thieves of the Municipality of Tirana, the directors of Erion Veliajt, were staying, who at first we were told that he was a deserter and now later we got some, when in fact it was the whole chain commander of the municipality.
