A citizen has denounced this phenomenon near the editorial office of CNA.al , where he shows that the Ndue Pali building, in which he lives, has turned into a place full of garbage, where it is impossible to live.

Through photos and videos, the citizen shows that garbage and feces have exploded around the building and no one takes any measures to carry out sewerage or cleaning due to a conflict between the owners of the building, while adding that for this matter not even a judicial process open.
