The arrested mayor of Tirana with 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses, Erion Veliaj, has found another pretext to postpone the session at the Administrative Court where he filed the ridiculous lawsuit against prosecutor Ols Dado.

Veliaj has requested time to review the KLP's response, which in turn has requested that the plaintiffs be disqualified and that the court issue an interim decision.

"We have prepared our materials in writing, the hearing can continue. We maintain the same position, but before this court continues with the substantive hearing, we request the disqualification of the plaintiffs and the court to issue an interim decision," the KLP stated.

This response was used as justification to postpone the session.

The next session will be held on June 13.
