Two people have been arrested in flagrante delicto, on the "Nikël-Fushë Krujë" road axis, after they were caught transporting two bags of narcotics with the intention of selling them.

Citizens Sh. H., 34 years old, resident of Nikël, and IT, 43 years old, resident of Fushë-Krujë, were arrested.

Their arrest came after the completion of the police operation codenamed "Axis". Police say they seized 10 kilograms of cannabis, 1 unlicensed shotgun, 1 vehicle and 3 cell phones.

The police operation codenamed "Axis" is finalized after well-organized work by the Narcotics Investigation Section.

10 kilograms of suspected cannabis sativa narcotics, 1 unlicensed shotgun, 1 vehicle and 3 mobile phones were seized.

Two citizens who were caught red-handed on the "Nikël-Fushë Krujë" road axis, transporting narcotics with the intention of selling them, have been arrested.

In continuation of the work to crack down on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, based on information obtained regarding a case of transportation and sale of narcotics, the Narcotics Investigation Section organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Axis", within the framework of which the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:

Sh. H., 34 years old, resident of Nikël and IT, 43 years old, resident of Fushë-Krujë.

During the intervention by the Police services, these two citizens were caught red-handed transporting 2 bags of suspected cannabis sativa, with a total weight of 10 kilograms, in a "Volkswagen" type vehicle.

Further, during a search of the 34-year-old's apartment, an unlicensed shotgun was found, which was seized as material evidence, along with the narcotics, the vehicle, and 3 cell phones.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
