Trupi gjykues tërhiqet për vendim, Beleri akuza Ramës: Pse kërkon të më dënojë

Trupi gjykues i GJKKO-së është tërhequr për të marrë vendimin në lidhje me gjykimin e kreut të Bashkisë së Himarës, Fredi Beleri. 

Gjatë seancës gjyqësore, Beleri është shprehur se akzua ndaj tij nuk qëndron dhe SPAK duhet të tërheqë dosjen penale. 

"U përdorën thëniet e një dëshmitari i dënuar për mashtrim. Kjo çështja ka qenë dhe është politike. U shkel prezumimi i pafajësisë. Nuk ka pasur një proces të rregullt gjyqësor. U ndodha para një diskriminimi. Qëllimi i arrestimit dhe mbajtja në burg, është që Rama të mbajë zgjedhje të reja në Himarë. Herët ose vonë do ta gjej drejtësinë. Gjyqtarë sot duhet t’i thoni jo naciononalizmit të sëmurë", është shprehur Beleri. 

Beleri akuzohet për blerje votash në zgjedhjet e 14 majit të 2023-shit.

Për Belerin, Prokuroria e Posaçme ka kërkuar dënimin me 2 vite e 6 muaj burg. Ndërsa për të pandehurin tjetër, Fredi Kokaveshi, bashkëpunëtor i Belerit, SPAK ka kërkuar dy vite burgim, të cilat i janë konvertuar në 4 vite shërbim prove.

Kjo masë lehtësuese për Kokaveshin u dha pasi ai ka probleme shëndetësore, si dhe fëmija i tij i mitur ka probleme shëndetësore./CNA
