Lawyer Kujtim Cakrani has made strong statements regarding the testimony of the leader of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, in the Criminal Court, accusing him of being a false accuser and claiming that he was not accurate in his statements.

According to Cakran, Balla failed to answer questions regarding the content of the criminal report he had previously filed.

According to him, the reports were not made by the people directly mentioned in the debate, but by other parties, raising doubts about the way the case was constructed.

Cakrani also harshly criticized the testimony in court, saying that if he were in Jamarbër Malltezi's place, he would take legal action against Balla for false reporting.

"Taulanti is a false accuser. Taulant did not file the report against Taulant. You have to understand something. They did not file the report against Mr. Meta either. The reports were filed elsewhere, do you understand? Taulant is a false accuser.

Taulant could not answer any of the questions he had written himself in the criminal complaint. And if I were like Malltezi today, I would get the court transcript redacted and file a criminal complaint against that individual, that palaço. Do you understand, or not? Because these people create hatred, they still feed hatred today against the legitimate owners. Do you understand, or not? This is inexcusable, it is unacceptable.
