SPAK takes the socialist deputy as a defendant

The Special Prosecutor's Office has completed the investigations for the SP MP Plarent Ndreca.

It is learned that Plarent Ndreca has been charged by SPAK for the accusations of violation of equality in tenders.

The investigations were carried out for the tender for the reconstruction of the police stations of Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and Tirana.

Ndreca committed the violations when he was on duty as General Secretary in the Ministry of the Interior.

The report to SPAK was made by the State High Control, which suspects that the officials have allowed inconsistencies and legal deviations in the competition for intervention in the Police Stations of Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and that no. 4 in Tirana.

According to the HSC, during the inspection, inconsistencies and legal deviations were found, as a result of violations of legal provisions in public procurement procedures, which have affected the equality of participants in tenders./ CNA
