About 29,000 students sit on the school benches for the first time.

Yesterday, the Minister of Education and Sports Evis Kushi congratulated the students and teachers through a video message.

"With the news that this new school year comes with many innovations for all students and teachers, I wish you a good and successful year!"- it was said in the status published along with her video message.

This year's innovation is the common primer for first grade students in Albania and Kosovo.
