US Ambassador to NATO, Mathew Whitaker, accompanied by Defense Minister, Ermal Nufi, and US Chargé d'Affaires in Tirana, Nancy VanHorn, conducted a flight over Kuçova Air Base.

In the reaction of the US embassy in our country, it is stated that Whitaker and Nufi discussed Albania's ability to become a NATO logistics hub in the region through investments in Corridor VIII.

Also, there was a discussion on ways in which Albania can take regional security to higher levels through increased defense spending.
