In today's hearing against arrested mayor Erion Veliaj and his associates, one of the prosecutors in the case, Ols Dado, requested that Veliaj's request to remain outside the glass cage be rejected.
Regarding Veliaj's claim about digital evidence, Dado said in the hearing that all of it is disclosed in the inspection minutes.
Prosecutor Dado said that regarding the reports made by Nesti Angoni and Nasta Pëllumbi, both are included in the file acts and the manner of their administration is reflected in the acts.
" We demand the rejection of Veliaj's request to stay outside the glass cage. Regarding the digital evidence, all of it is disclosed in the inspection records. Regarding the anonymous reports of Nesti Angoni and Nasta Pëllumbi, both are included in the file acts. They are unidentified persons. Even the manner of their administration is reflected in the acts. We are fundamentally ready to debate any evidence ," said Dado.
