Pressure on the judges of the Constitution / Berisha denounces

The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, in an appearance for the media, has denounced Prime Minister Edi Rama, his brother and others as a structured criminal group.

"I am in front of you today to denounce with the greatest force the dangerous mafia effort, the unrestrained mobilization of Edi Rama, Olsi Rama, Amant Josif, Artan Gaçe, Olta Xhaçka for various influences on the judges of the Constitutional Court in their decision.

Ky grup i strukturuar ka ndërmarrë dhe po ndërmerr forma antiligjore, antikushtetuese presioni ndaj anëtarëve të Gjykatës Kushtetuese me qëllim që të përligjin grabitjen përmes firmës së Edi Ramës nga Olta Xhaçka dhe bashkëshorti i saj, të statusit të investitorit strategjik me së paku 5 milionë euro favore”, ka thënë Berisha.

Kushtetuta e Shqipërisë ka qindra nene, por njëri nga këto nene,  sipas tij është  i artë.

Bëhet fjalë për nenin që nuk lejon në mënyrë kategorike deputetët dhe ministrat, të pasurohen nga pasuritë publike gjatë periudhës që ushtrojnë detyrat apo burime të tjera përveç rrogës.
