While the Commission for Laws continues, the draft law on this issue has clashed with the DP deputy, Dhurata Çupi, and the chairperson of the commission, Klotilda Bushka Ferhati.

Çupi addressed President Bushka that 190 million euros have been spent, and there is no cyber protection, while the tender from which this money was secured has been kept as "secret". Sakaq Çupi also asked if there will be investigations related to this issue. 

Duke qënë se diskutimi lidhej me aderimin e Shqipërisë në protokollin shtesë të Konventës mbi bashkëpunimin e zgjeruar dhe zbulimin e provave elektronike, Bushka iu përgjigj duke thënë se po del jashtë teme, ndërsa zv.ministrja Adea Pirdeni i bëri me dije se do t’i sillte përgjigje me shkrim.

Çupi: Janë shpenzuar 190 mln euro në tender sekret për mbrojtjen kibernetike dhe s’kemi mbrojtje, a keni hetim për këtë? Këtu ishte dhe kreu i DISK, që dha një përgjigje për të cilën duhet marrë në hetim, a ka drejtoria anti korrupsion brenda Ministrisë së Drejtësisë një përgjigje për këtë?
