The preliminary hearing at the GJKKO for the deputy of the Democratic Party, Asllan Dogjani, has been postponed to January 22, when the decision on the charges against him for concealment and non-declaration of wealth is expected to be made.

After leaving the premises of the Special Court, Asllan Dogjani said that he asked the judges to dismiss the case because there is no criminal offense.

"I asked for the dismissal of the case, nullity because there is no criminal offense. The court will pronounce on January 22", said Dogjani

The Democratic MP said that the complainant is a fraud who was encouraged by the Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj to make the report because he has denounced the affairs in the Assembly

"The influential fraudulent accuser of Erion Veliaj and Rama because I spoke in the Parliament", said MP Dogjani

On December 3, SPAK sent the file of deputy Asllan Dogjani for trial, accusing him of false declaration of wealth, for the purchase of an apartment with an area of ??128.4 m2, on "Hamid Shijaku" street in Tirana, which the deputy declared as a benefit from legal consultancies./ CNA
