In a communication with citizens on social networks, Prime Minister Edi Rama has shown the reason why the 800 kilowatt bundle was postponed for family consumers.
Rama said that this decision was taken for two reasons, the first of which he emphasized due to the rainfall and the second is the saving trend, which according to the Prime Minister has caused the need for energy to be lower than forecast.

'We decided to postpone it for 2 reasons; the first element is precipitation. We have had rains, increased the quotas in the hydropower plant. The second element is a saving trend that has caused the need for energy to be lower than forecast. So we can continue to meet this need. If the saving trend will continue and if the rains will continue we will get through it without any problem. In November, the bandage will be placed taking into account the parameters.
