Mertiri, the "head" of the Fier incinerator/ Journalist calls SPAK: We are dealing with a structured criminal group

Journalist Elvi Fundo has analyzed the interview of Mirel Mërtir, showing that in his statements the brain of the incinerators revealed that it was also the head of the incinerator of Fieri.
