The chairman of the Republican Party, Fatmir Mediu, has held meetings with the leadership of the party for the preparations for the local elections.

After the meeting, Mediu announced that the Republican Party will support the exit of the opposition with a single candidate in the elections and the exit with separate lists of advisers of the opposition parties.

" The merger of the DP into a single candidate is not only a political interest of the DP or the opposition, but it is a national interest in the face of the anti-constitutional and anti-human regime of today's government," Mediu wrote further.

"Meeting with the leadership of the Republican Party in preparation for local elections, women's activities, youth activities and the Congress of the Republican Party.

After the IDU meeting in Washington, the Republican Women's forum becomes a full member of IËDU, while the Republican Youth will become a full member soon.
